ATTENTIVE processes your data as part of the performance of a contract.

For this purpose, the processing activities carried out by ATTENTIVE are as follows:

• Order management, processing and tracking
• Customer service
• Account creation
• Installations, monitoring of connected devices and data analysis
• Notifications required for the operation of the services provided (e.g. PREVENTIVE)
• Geolocation data required for the operation of the services provided (e.g. use of beacons, GPS, 3G/4G)

Your data is retained for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out above. Data logs are archived 52 weeks after the data has been deleted.
In the case of data processing relating to the performance of the contract, data may be retained for a maximum of three years from the end of the contractual relationship.

ATTENTIVE also carries out data processing for purposes
other than the strict performance of contracts.

In this case, ATTENTIVE ensures that it has a legitimate interest
in carrying out the processing.

Furthermore, where necessary, certain processing activities may be subject
to obtaining your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

For this purpose, the processing activities carried out by SOLEM are as follows:

  • Sending newsletters and important updates to keep you informed
  • Responding to enquiries and questions, providing advice and technical support
  • To meet the operational needs of the services (Cookies):
  • On our platform https://www.myattentive.com/ and our support site https://support.myattentive.com/: the cookies used by Solem are used solely to maintain the user’s session after they have logged in. These are exclusively functional cookies, which can, however, be disabled by adjusting your browser settings.
  • On our website https://www.attentive-telecare.com/teleassistance and our support site https://support.myattentive.com/: we ask for your permission before placing different types of cookies:
  • Technical or functional cookies are used to access certain services;
  • Statistical cookies that enable Solem to obtain information about website usage;
  • Cookies linked to social media content that we offer to include in order to promote or share web pages.
